That document is only a draft. Don't overstate its importance. At least not till its official.

On the same hand though I'm glad to see Gentoo finally attempt to role something like this out. It has been a long time coming.

Rippled thread cpu usage

The cpu usage of xrp.ninja validator spikes every 2 hours. I always wonder what it is doing during the spikes.
