bayonne VS. asterisk

Asterisk is better?

I haven't touched asterisk. So I have nothing to say about it.
However, I am looking at bayonne. I have contributed some patches to bayonne and I am taking care of bayonne2's ebuild in gentoo-voip overlay. So I know there are something that need to be improved in bayonne, for example the documentation.

worst thing is the name. it's impossible to find decent docs. since the search relevancy is non-existent yet.

I haven't touched bayonne since I left my first job, which is about two years ago.

Rippled thread cpu usage

The cpu usage of xrp.ninja validator spikes every 2 hours. I always wonder what it is doing during the spikes.
