Can you post the hardware specifications of PS3? As Linux can run on PS3, does it implicate that other OS also can run on it?

Not necessarily. At least Windows can't, and it seems that M$ doesn't have a plan to support PS3.

Rippled thread cpu usage

The cpu usage of xrp.ninja validator spikes every 2 hours. I always wonder what it is doing during the spikes.
